I’ve got sock yarn coming

It’s Christmas time and that means gifts from generous friends.

Here’s what is coming…

This is Koigu Painter’s Palatte Premium Merino in color 330 from my friend Janaya in Washington state. It’s going to be a pair of RPM socks. I knit this pattern up for a Christmas gift and I really enjoyed it and I think it will suit this yarn very well.

This Noro Kureyon sock yarn in 150 is coming from my lovely friend Jessica in Massachusetts. I think its going to be something simple like a 2×2 rib. I might get daring and go with a Jaywalker.

My darling friend Soozy is sending some Lorna’s Laces but I don’t recall the colorway. The pattern for those is yet to be decided.

I have sock yarn from her from 2 Christmases ago that I still haven’t knit. Those will definately be Jaywalkers and are going on my needles next after I finish the current pair for hubby.

I’m also joining the Tofutsie’s sock club at my LYS. New sock yarn every other month. We start in January so I better get busy.

People never believe me when I say there are always socks, but there really are.
